Stand Up Ladies
Being subject to the Moon’s timing can be rather tough on us women. Whilst in discomfort, I decided to meditate for all of us.
I decided to stand up, to breathe extra deeply, with my hand on my womb. With my eyes closed, I vocalised my personal meditative experience & channelled my inner soul to share my consciousness.
This 10-minute, standing, guided meditation teaches listeners to slow down to benefit their physiology, learn to love themselves & ultimately to relax and relieve any pain.

This is a standing meditation.
Everyone talks of loving kindness; it’s even mentioned in the bible
And most people assume loving kindness mean other people.
What we can offer to other people in terms of love and kindness
But today, there is another interpretation
We must forgive ourselves,

As a woman, it’s important to forgive yourself
When you’re not your usually bouncy self
Your usually contented self
Your usually energetic self
What makes women interesting to most men
And other women
Is that we fluctuate
We change constantly

Our bodies parallel to the Moon
Parallel to the seasons
Sometimes we suffer with physical pain
Mental Anguish, Or Emotional Dissatisfaction
If you are suffering from any of these things today
I recommend that you just breathe
Breathe in through the nose
And out through the mouth

Do this with your eyes closed
So the outside world doesn’t interfere
With your inside reflection
Cut away the excess noise.
You don’t need to be listening to this video to do this
But I’m here to start you off on good habits
When your fuse is shorter,
With your husband or your children or your pets

Do something unusual
Disengage until you are ready
Instead, direct your energy inwards.
Stand in the middle of a room
Close your eyes
And breathe
Breathe in, deeply
Breathe out, for longer than you breathed in
Until you’ve got no breath left to give
And repeat.
Repeat until your mind wanders again

To The hurt
The frustration
The anger
Ask yourself, are all of these thoughts, sensations, emotions..
Are they loving and kind, to me?
Am I loving myself in this moment?
Am I offering kindness to myself?
If the answer is no, direct your thoughts to the soles of your feet

Feel the weight of the body on those feet
You’ve grown all these years
You’ve learned all these years
Pay attention to how your physical body feels right now.
Is it hard for you to maintain a calm rhythm of breathing?
If it is, keep breathing deeply and keep breathing out for as long as you can
Know that the frustration, and the anguish, the stress..
Can only last a short while

Before your physiology can overcome it.
It’s essential in these times of change and fluctuation and differences
It’s essential to direct energy inwards
To understand: Is this a thought, or an emotion or a sensation that I want to be feeling?
Is this a thought, an emotion or a sensation that I want others to feel?
Because that’s what’s being sent out into the world.

I know it’s easier said than done
Exercises like this one
Should help retrain the brain
In those moments where loving kindness is desperately needed
In placing your awareness on either your physiology, or your breathing,
You’re training your brain to not ruminate
To not focus on circular arguments
And the negative energies you’ve been caught up in

If you like, while your eyes are closed
Shake your hands. Now Stop.
Feel the tingling from the tips of your fingers,
Through your hands to your wrists and your lower arms
See, the few seconds before, you may have been pondering on your difficulties.
After shaking your hands, you’re now pondering on your physiology.
The more times you can do this,
The more efficient your brain will become

At redirecting negative thoughts, negative emotions and negative sensations.
Women are a fascinating species.
Never forget that.
Value yourself.
